At Poodles & Coffee Boutique, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help make it perfect.
The 30-Day "Paw-li-se"
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if you’d like to send it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same "best in show" condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages & Oopsies
Please inspect your goodies as soon as they arrive! If your item is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong thing, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue right away and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you a notification to let you know if the refund was approved.
If all looks good, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Just a friendly reminder: it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
